A must-see if you want to extend Yo Frankie!, Chris Plush (blengine) made this tutorial explaining how to create a level from scratch, using the assets included on the DVD and available for download as well.

  2. Great, I will use groups for the game I’m making. But I got a question, when you want to make a runtime out of the level you have made with groups. Do you just click pack into blend, then save and turn into runtime?

    Also please make a tutorial on how you did the camera ๐Ÿ˜€

    Mr. Plush, why would you tell me that I suck? The reason for using the ready-made objects is for saving resources.

  12. Thanks for the tutorial. Looking at your stuff has done more for me in the BGE, than most any tutorial.

    this has sped up my minature hobby game tons.

    Despite me being a blender user for years, BGE is extremely new to me. Thanks keep up the great work.

  14. cool, now I know where my linked groups are hidden… I thought it was a bug in my blender build that they didn’t show up in the scene ๐Ÿ™‚
